The data we collect is that which you provide to us by subscribing to our newsletter, enrolling in an event or you provide in the contact form on this website. This can include: Name, Contact Details etc.
How is the data used?
The data we collect is used to carry out our services and to follow up on services or products you want more information about (as informed from the Contact Form or client service form when enrolling in events). We may also use the data to communicate with you about parenting ideas, tips and hacks, events, and interesting articles and will always seek permission from you to do this.
How is the data safeguarded?
All the personal information that you provide to us is held online in a secure system or in hard copy, which is stored securely. We endeavour to ensure that your personal information is maintained and updated correctly. It is your duty to inform us of any changes to your personal information to ensure that it is up to date. You can do this verbally, in writing or via the MailerLite preferences link in our emails.
What is your policy on Data Sharing and Third Parties?
We do not share your data with anyone, although we do use Third Party processors to store your information: Squarespace, Mailerlite and Acuity. The data is not knowingly transferred out of the UK/EU. We comply with standard contractual clauses and UK GDPR compliances are in place.
How do I get a copy of the information you hold on me?
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to correct any inaccuracies. To action this, please write to us confirming your requirements at hello@anisalewis.com, and we will respond appropriately. We will respond to data access and corrections within 30 days in accordance with GDPR regulations.
How long do you retain my data?
We retain contact details for up to 5 years after the last interaction. Data is securely and permanently deleted.
What if I do not agree with the privacy policy?
If you do not agree with the details set out in this policy, please do not submit your data to us. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link at the bottom of every email we send.
Which supervisory bodies do you comply with in terms of data handling?

Limited Data Collection: We only collect necessary information relevant to the coaching or training service.

Rights of Parents & Guardians: Parents or Guardians may request access, rectification, or deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting us.
