This month’s theme is all about Emotions.
Now we have covered the bonanza that is Christmas, something that always seems to come side by side with this time of year especially, are our children’s emotions. However, emotions are not just a seasonal thing as you well know.
In my quick bite sessions this month we talk about seeing their emotions as colours, we call a spade a spade! We also talk about connecting before the emotions boil to the surface and much more! Then you can deep dive into our Emotions Workshop, this can be completed all at once or you can take it at your own pace, a section at a time. This workshop can cater for everyone’s needs and learning styles, whatever suits you and your school the best. Emotions in our children, as in ourselves, are a normal part of life, however, there are tools and tricks you can do to help 'manage' them in your families.
