Coaching isn't exclusive to adults. There are moments when challenges arise, obstacles emerge, or children require tools to navigate the journey of growing up. It's about providing support and guidance for young minds when they encounter bumps in the road.
A one-off session is £85 for a 50-minute Zoom or in-person session.
4 sessions, £300 (£75 each)

This package is one of the pathways you can take to work with Anisa.
Within this Empowerment package you will get:
4x 50-minute Zoom sessions (in-person sessions can be arranged for an additional cost)
Sessions are held every 1-2 weeks to allow you to implement, reflect and act on what we have discussed in your sessions
Voxer and email support throughout our time working together
Continued access to my online parenting resource library for up to 3 months in total
The time frame for our working together would be 8 to 10 weeks.
Investment: £520
1 individual Zoom coaching session is £150 for 50 mins or a 90-minute session is £215.
A bundle of 4 means the cost is reduced, and payment plans can be arranged.
Thrive
Let me help you to Thrive as an individual or as a family.
The Thrive package, allows you to have:
6x 50-minute Zoom sessions (in-person sessions can be arranged for an additional cost)
These are held weekly or possibly up to 2-3 weeks apart so you have time to make changes and have a go at what has been discussed
The sessions are unique to you and your family’s needs and allow for the ebb and flow of family life or you as an individual
Voxer and email support throughout our time working together
Access to the online Parenting Portal for 6 months
The time frame for our working together would be 6 to 12 weeks
Investment: £720
1 individual session is £150
A bundle of 6 means the cost is reduced, and payment plans can be arranged.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only work with parents?
I work with YOU (or your child) and bring to your sessions whatever you may need.
I am a personal performance coach (life coach) and am trained to work with anyone who has something that they want to work on.
Do you accept medical insurance?
Unfortunately at this stage, I do not.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! I believe that money should never be the reason you are not able to get the help you would like or deserve.
What are your wait times?
At present my wait times for your first Curiosity Session are 1 to 2 weeks. We then at this session decide your next steps and get you booked in as part of your appointment.
Do you do home visits?
Yes, in certain cases, I do, do home visits. These come with an additional cost and depending on the distance from my home a mileage fee.
