This week we are looking at how we can as a family build more mindfulness into our days and our week.
You can use the Family Conversation starters to stimulate mindful
themed conversations with your family either at the family meeting or over a meal.

MINDFULNESS
Seize the moment with Mindfulness –
Building on all the skills and knowledge we’ve worked on through the summer, we'’ll explore how mindfulness and reflection can benefit our
kids (and us) to make good choices and maintain a feeling of calm, no matter what is thrown at us.
In our reflections section, we like to look back on our week either as individuals or as a family (you can make it a family meeting agenda point!) to reflect on our feelings and learnings.
REFLECTIONS
Boredom is something your kids are likely to experience over the summer, and believe it or not it is actually GOOD for them!
Before it sets in starts why not sit down and create a list of all the things they could do if they are feeling like there is nothing to do.
